Why we stayed on AgencyKey.

We keep testing CRMs. As of September–October 2026 the floor runs on AgencyKey, and ARPU is up 20%.

Every agency runs on a CRM, and the choice shows how it really works: what the floor sees before it answers a fan, and which numbers it is judged by. This is ours for September–October 2026, and how we got to it.

The market is crowded

There is no shortage of options: Infloww, OnlyMonster, CreatorHero and a dozen smaller tools. Each has real strengths, and the right one depends on how an agency is built. We don't treat the choice as permanent. Every so often we put new tools through real shifts, with real fans and real money, and hold them up against what we already run.

What we need from a CRM

  • A fan's history on screen before the first message: what he bought, at what price, what he ignored.
  • Segments precise enough that a mass message reaches only the fans it was written for.
  • Numbers per chatter and per traffic source, so we coach people and judge suppliers on revenue rather than activity.
  • Access by role. Discretion is our default, and a chatter sees exactly what the shift needs.
  • Our data stays ours: exportable at any time, in a format another system can read.

Why AgencyKey

After the latest round of tests we stayed on AgencyKey. For us it is the best CRM on the market right now, and the reasons are concrete.

Fan spending is exact: the most a fan has spent on a model, the PPV prices he has actually paid, how often he accepts an offer. So a PPV is priced for the fan, not for the model — the same logic as subscription pricing. Top spenders who are online right now show up across the whole roster, so the shift lead knows where attention pays. Smart lists combine spending, purchases, messages and subscription status, and every mailing reports its own opens and revenue.

Every chatter has their own line: revenue, PPV conversion, response time. Coaching starts from facts, not impressions. Traffic is measured end to end: every tracking link shows clicks, subscriptions, spend and ROI. That is how we judge our own funnels and every supplier in our network — on money, not on clicks. The AI layer summarises a conversation before the chatter opens it and builds a report from a question asked in plain words. Like the rest of the AI on our floor, it prepares; a person decides.

The boring boxes are ticked, too: role-based access down to individual permissions, and a full export to CSV or JSON whenever we want it.

A fan offered exactly what he wanted doesn't feel sold to. He feels remembered.

What changed in the numbers

Since the floor moved to AgencyKey, ARPU — average revenue per fan — is up 20%. Software sells nothing on its own; the people on shift do. What changed is how much they can see: who to write to first, what to offer, and at what price.

This is our pick for September–October 2026. The market moves fast, and we will keep testing. If the answer changes, you will read about it here.
