Discretion is the point of this agency, so this policy is short and honest. It covers the website creatorservice.com, operated by CreatorService.

1. What we collect

Only what you type into the application form: your name (any name you choose), email address, platform, and an optional profile link or handle. We do not require your legal name at this stage. The Site has no accounts, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and sets no cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

2. How your data travels and where it lives

When you submit the form, the data is sent over an encrypted connection to our server function and delivered as a message to our team's private, invite-only Telegram workspace, which is how our staff receives applications. It is not written to any database of ours. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations, as any host does.

3. What we use it for

One purpose: reviewing your application and replying to you. We do not send marketing mailings, do not sell or share your data with third parties for their purposes, and do not enrich it from other sources.

4. Third parties involved

Vercel Inc. (website hosting and form delivery infrastructure) and Telegram (internal delivery of applications to our team). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. No other third party receives your form data.

5. Retention

Applications we decline are deleted from our working channels within 90 days of the reply. Applications that turn into a working relationship are kept for as long as the relationship (and the contract behind it) requires.

6. Your rights

Write to ceo@creatorservice.com from the address you used, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — normally within 7 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Age

The Site is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn a submission came from a minor, we delete it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with an updated date. We will not quietly weaken it.
