These terms govern your use of creatorservice.com (the “Site”), operated by CreatorService (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site presents our creator-management services and lets prospective clients contact us. Content on the Site is informational and is not an offer in the legal sense; any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2. Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to apply or to use the Site.

3. Applications

Submitting the application form does not create a client relationship. We review every application and reply within 24 hours, but we accept only a limited number of clients and decline roughly half of applicants. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and treated as confidential from the first message.

4. No guarantees of results

Case studies and figures on the Site describe past engagements (presented as anonymised composites to protect client identity). They are not a promise of future results. Earnings on any platform depend on factors outside anyone's full control.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and platforms mentioned on the Site (including OnlyFans) are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Site: no automated scraping of the contact form, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, no unlawful use.

7. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this address, with the date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
