Traffic manager.
The traffic unit runs in-house funnels on TikTok, Reddit, Twitter and dating platforms, plus a wide network of suppliers. You keep both growing, and you judge every source on what it earns.
What you’ll do
- Run and scale in-house funnels on TikTok, Reddit, X and dating platforms, within each platform’s rules.
- Find, test and manage traffic suppliers on CPL, CPC, rev-share and fixed terms.
- Put every source on its own tracking link and read it end to end: clicks, subscriptions, spend, ROI.
- Cut what doesn’t pay quickly; scale what does.
- Work with the chatting floor and strategy, so traffic lands on accounts ready to convert it.
What we look for
- Hands-on experience buying or running traffic: OnlyFans, dating, social or affiliate.
- Comfort with numbers and funnels. You think in ROI, not in clicks.
- Knowledge of platform rules, and the discipline not to burn accounts.
- Clear, fair communication with suppliers.
