What you’ll do
- Answer fans in the model’s voice, fast: the floor replies in ninety seconds or less.
- Keep conversations personal. Remember what a fan said and pick it up next time; notes carry across shifts.
- Offer PPV at a price that fits the fan, using his purchase history in the CRM.
- Use the AI assist’s drafts as a starting point. What gets sent is your call.
- Hand sensitive conversations to the shift lead, following the floor’s rules.
What we look for
- Fluent written English and a feel for tone.
- Speed without sloppiness in a busy inbox.
- Comfort with adult topics and strict discretion.
- Respect for the rules: persona, prices and boundaries belong to the model.
- Interest in your own numbers: revenue, PPV conversion, response time.
