The 90-day exit.

Most agency contracts are built to make leaving expensive. Ours is built to make staying worth it.

The worst stories in this industry are not about bad marketing. They are about contracts: two-year terms, five-figure exit fees, account credentials the model never gets back. We have read those contracts, because models bring them to us. Then we wrote ours to be the opposite, and the opposite fits in one sentence.

Either side can end the engagement with 90 days' notice. No fee, no reason required.

Why 90 and not zero

Ninety days is not a soft lock-in; it is the time an orderly handover actually takes. Fans need continuity, scheduled content needs to ship, pricing changes mid-flight need to land. A shorter exit punishes the model's own revenue on the way out. A longer one starts serving the agency instead. Ninety is where the interests balance, so ninety is the number.

What to read before signing anywhere

If you take one thing from this journal, take the checklist. Who owns the account and its credentials. Who owns the content made during the term. What exactly happens on exit day. What the agency earns on, and whether it can earn while you don't. Every clause we ask you to read in our contract, we would ask you to read in anyone's.

An agency that grows models does not need a cage to keep them. Seven years in, the average model has been with us over two — on a contract either of us could have ended in ninety days.
